Wiremu Kaa (Ruawaipu, Te Whanau a Takimoana, Ngai Tane, Te Whanua a Hinepare) is an academic, a writer and an expert on the thinking of Mohi Turei. Turei was a leading nineteenth century Ngati Porou thinker who composed the haka Tihei Taruke. Here Wiremu shares his thoughts on Mohi Turei and what that we can learn from Mohi about how we think as an Iwi.
