The goal of the sponsorship grant sponsorship and grants program is to provide assistance for nga uri o Ngati Porou individuals and groups to celebrate and achieve their culture and sporting goals.
If you are involved in a cultural or sporting activity, and participating at a local, regional, national and international event then we encourage you to apply for sponsorship / grant.
We believe that culture and sport are essential parts of our Ngati Porou identity. By supporting cultural and sporting activities at all levels, we are investing in the future of Ngati Porou.

Are you a registered iwi member of Te Runanganui o Ngati Porou and enrolled in a course of tertiary study for 2023?
Toitu Ngati Porou, the charitable trust subsidiary of Te Runanganui o Ngati Porou and its partners are pleased to offer tertiary education grants for the 2023 academic year.
Applications and supporting information must be received by Monday 26th June - 12.00pm 2023.
Iwi Scholarships
