2 KAIARAHI (Collective Impact)
The Tairāwhiti Whānau Ora Collective, Horouta Whānau Ora, is made up of the following partners: Te Rūnanganui o Ngāti Porou, Ngāti Porou Hauora, Turanga Health, Te Rūnanga o Turanganui a Kiwa, Te Whare Maire o Tapuwae and Te Aitanga a Hauiti Hauora and also includes Kaiti School, Te Kura Reo Rua o Waikirikiri and Te Aitanga a Hauiti Centre of Excellence. Our collective vision is the “best start in life” for tamariki and their whānau.
Over the 2017-2018 year Horouta Whānau Ora supported more than 500 Tairāwhiti whānau/families to achieve their goals and aspirations; working within the Whānau Ora Framework, encompassing a whānau centred approach, supporting whānau/families to become self-reliant and resilient.
Due to the implementation of our collective impact project, Tā Te Manawa, we are seeking two Collective Impact CI Kaiārahi to join our project team. We believe that whānau deserve the best, so we are looking for the right person/people who can get alongside whānau to improve the respiratory health of their tamariki, aged 0-4yrs.
