TRONPNui Trust Deed Review Report by the Independent Advisor, David Gray

This is the first report of the independent advisor, David Gray, on the review of the trust deed of Te Rūnanganui o Ngāti Porou. The report has been prepared pursuant to clause 10 of the deed, which requires a review to be held five years after the establishment of the Rūnanganui. The report is broad in scope, encompassing “...the effectiveness of the arrangements” created under the deed.
